The Northern Aldborough Festival closes in style with one of the UK’s most dynamic party bands, The Big Cheese, helmed by Harrogate-born vocalist Alex Denny. Most of the members of The Big Cheese are signed or formerly signed artists. Watch them perform high voltage pop and rock covers, from classic floor fillers to recent chart hits, all in the stunning surroundings of Aldborough Manor.
Opening for The Big Cheese is York’s Hyde Family Jam, a traditional looking folk band who couldn’t be less traditional. They play the songs they love of any decade, any genre, in any way they fancy. They play fast, loud and as entertaining as possible. They call it “folk gone wrong”!
Guests are free to picnic in the grounds and watch the entertainment on the main stage. The evening is capped with a spectacular orchestrated firework display.
